Jade Homes is an initiative of Blue Jadeitte Construction Private Limited having its corporate office in New Delhi. The company was incorporated in the year 2021 to provide an integrated platform for Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior designing & finishing services for individual home builders in Delhi – NCR.

Jade Homes founder and Managing Director Mr. Arnab Ghosh is an  IIM-B graduate having over three decades of experience in Project Management. He was associated with Larson & Toubro, one of the largest conglomerates in the construction industry.

Having spent many years in designing and construction, we realized that the individual home construction segment was very unstructured, having many elements to put together before one could start building a home. Lack of accountability, processes, transparency, Quality control, and adhering to timelines made it very difficult for individuals. In most cases projects were either delayed, mid-way stalled or went far over budget due to various reasons and one amongst the many reasons were Contractors abandoning the project either because they quoted less to get the project or made their margins till a stage of construction and did not find it viable to continue thereafter. 

Supervision, material accountability, QA/QC processes, Project Management was another challenge to deal with. The only solution to address all the above issues in Home construction was to provide a complete Turnkey solution where we integrate Architecture, Plan approvals, Structural, MEP and Civil Engineering, Interior designing and finishings as a single service window.

With limited financial resources, it was a very calculated decision because we needed to sustain the team till we found people wanting to use our services. This kind of a business model needs sustainability because projects do not come in easily and it also needs credibility because one who builds a home needs to be very sure that he or she has given their project to the right team.

At Jade Homes we were lucky to build a good team of Architects to begin with because one needs to be a step ahead in designing if you need this model of business to work for you. We understood the need of Advanced  technology that have revolutionized the field of architecture. Our first step was to facilitate our team with Computer-aided design (CAD), Building Information Modelling (BIM), and parametric design software  to conceptualize and execute designs. These tools allow for precise modelling, simulations, and accurate representations of complex structures, streamlining the design and construction process.

To give our customers a real feel of their home, we introduced 3D visualization and a 3D walk through which helps them experience every aspect of their future home even before construction.

We understand that architecture is more than constructing buildings; it's about creating environments that shape the human experience. In a short span of lesser than 3 years we have successfully built an efficient and creative team building homes across Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida & Greater Noida. We are presently building 11 projects in very prime locations and we have over 40 projects in the pipeline which helps in boosting our confidence in terms of future business sustainability.
