All about the “All India Online Art Contest”, organized by “Kreative Minds” on the occasion of ugadi-2023.

On the occasion of Ugadi (or Yugadi) festival, 2023, Kreative Minds organised an Online Art Contest for young and budding talent across the globe.

Ugadi is the celebration of the beginning of the New Year in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka and is made up of two different words - Yug (era) and Adi (new beginning). Thus, Ugadi stands for new beginnings. It teaches us that life has many flavours and we should embrace every flavour gracefully and happily.

Keeping this notion in mind, and to celebrate the budding young talents, Kreative Minds presented an online art contest -"kid’s art online competition". 

The registration fee was INR 500. Winners were awarded with a certificate and medal as well as each participant got an e-certificate and e-catalogue.

People from all over India, along with USA, parts of Europe and Singapore took part in the Ugadi Art Contest.

Submission of Art- Work was open till 20^th March 2023. Kids of different age have submitted their works crafted with great joy and care. For better evaluation, competition was categorized into different age groups, i.e. –

‘Pre junior’ –for 4 to 6 years old,

 ‘Juniors’ – for 7 to 10 years’ old

‘Seniors’ – for 11 to 15 years old.

In the ‘Pre junior’ category, The Winner was - Anagha, and 1st runner up- Ahana .

 In the ‘Juniors’ category, The Winner was - Sarvaswa ,1st Runner up - Arana, and 2nd Runner up - Pearl 

And in the ‘Seniors’ category, The Winner was– Agnivo, 1st Runner up - Ananya , and  2nd Runner up – Devina

Beside the winners, judges chose 1 artwork each in Junior & Senior category, which needs a special mention as their creative idea was very different.

Those 2 participants are: 

Aaryav Vidyarthi in Junior Category & Sejal Polamarasetty in Senior Category.
